We make it simple: If you are unhappy with out service within the first 14 days after your purchase - no matter for which reason - you will be fully refunded.

You only need to fill in the square brackets in the following text with your information and send it from your email address of your insite account to support@insite-feedback.com:

There are no additional refunds.
